Toscani uses Australia Post E-Parcel Services for all Australian deliveries.
An email will be sent to you containing your tracking number after your purchase has been processed which will allow you to have easy access to the exact location of your delivery through the Australia post website.
Toscani dispatches all orders from our Head Office in Queensland, therefore if we receive your order on a Queensland Public Holiday, it will not be processed until the next business day.
Orders placed before 12:00pm will be dispatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 12:00pm AEST, it will be dispatched the following business day.
If your order is placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend, it will be dispatched on Monday.
To ensure you receive your package as soon as possible please address to a location where someone is available to sign for it during business hours. All deliveries require a signature.
In the case that there is no one available to sign at your nominated postal address, Australia Post will take the parcel to your nearest post office for collection.

Otherwise New Zealand customers are charged at $30 for standard shipping and $40 for express shipping.
International customers outside of New Zealand are charged $50 for standard shipping and $60 express shipping.
